Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for purifying and stimulation to the unconscious mind.
Purifying and stimulating to the unconscious mind. Research indicates that Peppermint, aroma, inhaled during mental tasks, may help attention, performance and focus. Peppermint may also be an effective appetite suppressant when inhaled.
Directions: diffuse 6 - 8 drops in water up to 1 hour, 3 times daily or directly inhale.
Topically dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of pure carrier oil of your choice and apply to abdomen, temples, chakras, and/or Vita-Flex points.
To improve concentration and alertness and memory place 1 - 2 drops on tongue.
