Directions: diffuse 6 - 8 drops in water, up to 1 hour, 3 times daily or directly inhale.

Topically apply 2 - 4 drops over heart, on wrist. Neck, temples, forehead, foot Vita Flex points or desired location as needed.

For clearing allergies, rub over sternum.
