Personal growth retreats are held throughout the year in various locations. Each retreat is unique, although attaining the same outcome, which is to better understand and develop oneself by unwinding and practicing mindfulness.
One of the main focuses is to take a quantum leap in self-care, self-love and a healthy mindset, in order to live a holistic lifestyle and achieve all desired goals and passions.
“The higher the frequency the higher the performance”. Offering time-out for yourself by relaxing and finding your equilibrium, helps to create space for personal growth and development which subsequently lifts your frequency to enable you to deal with life’s pressures freely and productively. It is vital to learn how to raise and maintain a high frequency to allow growth and manifestations to take place.
