This oil opens and releases emotional blocks and bring about a feeling of balance and a lasting sense of well-being.

Spearmint is gentler than peppermint yet is beneficial for fatigue and nervous disorders.

Directions: diffuse 6 - 8 drops in water, up to 1 hour, 3 times daily or directly inhale.

Topically dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 1 drop pure carrier oil of your choice (olive, jojoba or coconut oil) and apply to chakras twice daily.
