(Angelica archangelica)

Uses: pms, negative feelings, forgetfulness.

Known as the ‘oil of angels’, by the Europeans, angelica’s healing powers were so strong that it was believed to be of divine origin.

Directions: Diffuse 6 - 8 drops in water, up to 30 minutes, 3 times daily or directly inhale.

Topically dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of your choice of pure carrier oil (olive, jojoba or coconut oil).
