Personal growth retreats are held throughout the year in various locations. Each retreat is unique, although attaining the same outcome, which is to better understand and develop oneself by unwinding and practicing mindfulness.

Yoga
Hatha Free-Flow Yoga
Hatha Free-Flow yoga is a sequence that creates balance, strength and flexibility in the body with free-flow movement.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, where mindfulness is cultivated. Prolonged, slow yin poses are taught to stimulate the meridians and clear muscle tension by increasing the flow of prana.

I offer a variety of yoga classes, working on a different theme each time to support students in reaching their highest potential and achieving the best results. Each 10-week program is designed in both Hatha Free-Flow and Yin Yoga styles.
Each week the practice goes deeper and enables the students to set goals and work slowly and easily on achieving them. By the end of the program my aim is for the students to walk away more grounded, fully satisfied with the outcome by being aligned spiritually, physically and mentally, and with the ability to live a healthier and happier life.

$200 for a pass of 10 classes
Private Yoga
Private yoga classes are 60 mins
These classes are designed in a way that meets the students individual’s needs. A blend of various yoga practices are sequenced to achieve the desired outcome. In these sessions, I combine both Hatha Free-Flow and Yin Yoga.
*There is also an option for this practice to be offered in the comfort of your own home.
Each yoga practice includes a guided meditation.
